Villa Delle Mele

Construction of a new luxury villa, over 3 floors, with swimming pool in Tremezzo, Lake Como. The existing 1960's house was demolished back to the subterrenean garage and a new lightweight contemporary villa built over the existing structure. The form of the building created shaded external spaces to be used as part of the main house by connecting them together with large sliding glass doors, effectively doubling the size of the useable house during summer months.
