Demolition of a 1960s villa and construction of a contemporary luxury villa and swimming pool in Cernobbio, Lake Como. Working on a tight site with difficult access the original building from the 1960s was demolished back to the cellars and a new lightweight, contemporary villa built on the existing structure. The glazed facades with full height sliding doors allow seamless internal access to the various external spaces and celebrate the beautiful views.
