Country House with Parkland

Restoration of a protected, antique stone rustico with the addition of a contemporary extension and swimming pool in Bellagio, Lake Como. The existing protected stone structure was carefully refurbished in its original form with a rearrangement of the internal spaces to create a 3 bedroom family home plus an additional guest apartment. A new kitchen in a fully glazed box with large sliding screens acted as counterpoint to the original stone structure. A swimming pool was built in the parkland gardens of the villa - all with beautiful views of the lake.
