Refurbishment of a 1920's Villa D'Epoca and dependance, abandoned for 60 years, in Brunate, Lake Como. Owned by the famous Italian journalist, Mario Cervi, but left abandoned to be reclaimed by the woodlands this Villa from the 1920's was fully renovated, including re-landscaping of the external parkland garden, to create a generous family home, dependance and architectural studio in a panoramic location above the city of Como.
