Full refurbishment of a 1970's villa with extension and artists' studio. The main house was rebuilt on the footprint of the original house and linked to the newly constructed artists' studio and guest apartment with a fully glazed living area and rooftop garden. The glass living 'link' allows views through the building to the lake beyond, upon arrival, and opened onto the covered portico to allow an extension of the internal spaces during Summer.
