Refurbishment and restoration of a luxury apartment in the world famous Villa Gaeta, Lake Como. Following our successful refurbishment of a lower apartment we refurbished the upper apartment and linked the two apartments together to create a duplex apartment over two floors. Painstaking renovations of mosaics and original features discovered during the construction process created a unique space in one of the world's most beautiful locations.
